Columbia Net Lease Ventures had a highly successful year in 2022, with an impressive number of commercial properties acquired, sold, and refinanced.
Just last year, CNLV sold 22 properties in 15 states, acquired 41 properties in 19 different states, and refinanced another 35 properties. At year-end, CNLV and its partners and affiliates owned over 180 properties across the nation with a value in excess of $1.3 billion. The total square footage owned in all assets is 4.6 million.
